The Booking Process

Next steps in planning your event

Decide on a date, a location site and the number of guests you want to invite. There are discounts for very early or late season bookings. Reasons to opt for a marquee, rather than, say, a hotel venue: flexibility of size and lay-out; complete control of styling and timing; together with the chance to stage your event close to, or at, home.

Arrange to meet your key suppliers: marquee company, caterer, florist. They will help you put flesh on the bones of your plans, such as your such as your choice of menu, what sort of ‘look’ you prefer, and a rough table lay out; band or dj, and level of formality. These factors will have a bearing on the size of marquee you need.

3.

Once you have decided on the equipment that you require, simply sign a letter of confirmation and transfer a 10% deposit. Thereafter, you are free to contact us as often as you wish until the big day. The balance of the payment is due at the time when we come to install the marquee.
